Westcombe Cheddar

Handmade by the Calver family in Somerset from their herd of 400 cows.
They are members of the Slow Presidia for “Artisan Somerset Cheddar” which means the cheese must be Unpasteurised, use animal rennet and must never be made in block form, but must be cloth-bound and matured for at least one year.
