Shadow Blossom

Taking inspiration from sister cheese Alp Blossom, Shadow Blossom is enrobed in five different pepper varieties – wild Madagascan pepper, long pepper, tailed pepper, Kampot pepper and pink berries – plus a hint of cardamom. Produced in Bavaria, it is a hard cheese with a buttery flavour and peppery warmth from the spices.
