The Clarke family diversified into blue cheese production when their son Will returned to the farm. They have developed this classic British rinded blue akin to the famous blue cheeses produced in the region. Creamy texture, mellow blue flavour and a savoury finish.

Named after the cheese makers, Andy and Anne Wigmore, this cheese is a traditional hand-made ewe's milk cheese matured for six weeks. It has a bloomy rind and the paste is soft and creamy. It tastes milky and floral without being heavy or overpowering.

Produced by Selina Cairns in Lanarkshire. Created in the 1980s this lovely cheese has become a modern classic. This is Scotlands answer to Roquefort, with the rich sheep's milk, complementing the strong blue veining.Matured for six weeksin the early season which has a lingering sweet flavour. Matured for 8 months in the late season, giving it a punchier and more savoury flavour.

Made in High Weald in Brighton, using organic sheep milk. Matured for 4 months, then coated in edible, organic Safflower and Calendula petals to make a visually appealing cheese. The cheese has a firm, smooth texture. Its delicate flavour - complex and slightly sweet herbaceous has an aroma reminiscent of a summer hay meadow.We think this colourful cheese could brighten anyone's day and it won a silver award at the World Cheese Awards in 2023!

Made by Ribblesdale Cheese in Hawes. A washed curd cheese - when the curds have formed, a third of the whey is removed and replaced with heated water. This is what gives the cheese it's supple texture and sweet nutty taste.
