Vintage Cheddar from the Cheddar Gorge

The only cheddar made in cheddar! It’s not made in a big shiny factory – just one small dairy with an amazing team of artisan cheese makers. Matured for 2 years in Gough’s Cave within the gorge where consistent humidity and temperature produce the unique flavour. Raw milk is used which gives the cheese a robust, tangy flavour.
