Stonebeck

A seasonal raw-milk Wensleydale made by the Hattons in Nidderdale, using milk from their small herd of Shorthorn cows grazing on wild meadows and pastureland.

Unlike a traditional Wensleydale, Stonebeck is soft and creamy with a rich layered and complex flavour!
