Produced at Cllingthwaite Farm on the Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire using raw milk. It has a long lasting flavour from sweet caramel to beef stock giving it tasty, meaty notes. Paired perfectly with a glass of “Krohn” Late Bottled Vintage Port. Stocked by us here at The Cheese Board.
