Organic Yorkshire Blue

Creamy and mild, organic Yorkshire Blue is a great introduction to blue cheese. The flavour deepens with age, becoming more complex, but still remains mellow. Handmade and matured for a minimum of 8 weeks. Every week the cheese is turned which helps achieve the veining and smooth, even texture.
