A seasonal, artisan cheese made by Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk, the producers of Baron Bigod. It’s their take on a traditional Reblochon, using the afternoon milk, which is the creamiest.
It has the typical pinky, firmer rind of the Reblochon and soft, velvety texture, but with flavours emanating the Suffolk woodland. Tasting notes of fresh hazelnuts, smoky bacon, briny and earthy.
Get it while you can. This is the first of the season- only available until April.
